One of the common themes that I've had, certainly from the interviews today, is the importance of the mental side of fitness. Billy talks about the first 20 minutes of his program is setting you up mentally to be able to do the last 20% of the program. How do you view mindset? Is this something that you weave into your programs, or is it just purely the physical and the nutrition side? No, mindset is everything.
