How to Use Social Media as a Form of Training

I think we can use social media as a form of training. Get on there and don't be triggered. Try to figure out a way to not have your emotions and feelings, a waiver with the wind. Go on there for three minutes at a time and see how long it is before you overreact or end up getting involved in something that you probably shouldn't be getting involved with. That means they got me. I actually look to the workout as an opportunity to train suppressing my now reflexive reach for things. It absolutely translates. When you look to communities where you look at elite special forces, those guys are not adrenaline junkies. They are masterful at controlling the kinds of mechanisms
