Is Fiber a Super Food?
The goal for fiber over time is between three and fifty grams daily, but a lot of us start with like five or ten grams daily. If you are not doing enough to help kind of wash it down, make sure you are getting plenty of water on board. And also, it doesn't help when you have like an alcoholic drink that dehydrates us and even needs even more water.
