Train Your Mind With the Mantra
Mantre can be used throughout the day to train your mind. When you are agitated, it will hold the energy of that neutral space. It's a perfect opportunity to bring it up and bring it into your regular day when you are in neutral. We often talk about coming back to the breath. You can also come back to your mantra. But what it does, as it trains the mind, that's what mindfulness does.
