We knew that he was coming in not educated to the level we wanted him to be, but we were wanting to train him because he's got family in the area. And there's been times where we'll be having technical conversations during a lunch break and the guy is totally in his own space and doesn't even pay attention to what we're like. So you hired him to do a detailed job and he's unwilling to be to handle details well or unable to handling details well.
