Is Stretching the Hamstrings Cold as Stretching?

If you bend your knees in a forward fold, that's going to put some slack in the hamstring. You can probably tilt your pelvis forward more because the hamstrings cross two joints. On the flip side, if you straighten the knees in aforward fold, that’s probably just going to reduce the amount that you can tilt your Pelvis forward. So you're not fold to torso as far. It's like, you know, they pull from different directions or whatever, but it's the same thing. Additionally, we know from that many, many research studies will include and incorporate straight-legged hamstrings,. stretch stretches for like testing flexibility or measuring flexibility.
