Delegation in a Multi-Sectoral Environment

In the last division we doubled revenue and kept fixed costs and headcounts flat. That was with a team of 50 and one brick and mortar building. The ability to just handle most everything with those people was part of it. In this division there's no possibility to be everywhere at once so I've got to manage through the direct reports. But where I hit the roadblock is I really have a thirst for learning in every area that I manage.
