If it's appropriate for your work, to wear some kind of one of those. I wouldn't recommend a bench press, but i would recommend a whole body exercise. Itbe somthin, simple'sf squat to something like a squat snach,. And then on week ends, i try to have like two training sessions, one where you do a general kind of workout and the other one that's a little bit more specific to stuff you wanty aso. hope that serves you Alix, and keep us up dated.
