How to Tolerate a Load

A lot of clients can't tolerate even just putting a little bit of weight on there. And often that is due to so many other factors, but their foot doesn't have that tolerance of pressure. So technically it is all loads. It's like external load from the ground and internally generated load from your muscles and tendons. Now what's going to help you most in the long term is a graded exercise or movement based approach.
