I'm going to walk you through creating habit loops for each of these seven things. The queue is the trigger or it's a time or a place. The routine is the habitual behavior and the reward is what you get. For example, I read every night before bed and that's what I'm learning. Now this, you can create a habit loop for. Spending 10 minutes a day learning. Queue walking into the kitchen, turning on your podcast while you're cooking. You are getting yourself more interested in something that's going to help your life.
