Building Self Trust With Your Body
In order to build that self trust, or cultivate that self trust with your body, you must first understand and know your body. So we we must then understand the general foundation of resources that our body needs. Recognize its physical, emotional, social needs. To first fulfil on those, and then begin to instil the practice of these small daily promises. Even that small daily promise of drinking a glass of water first thing when you wake up every morning is committing to a promise to yourself.
