"I thought, well, you're not even going to taste it. Oh my goodness me," she says of oysters prepared for her by the fisherman who caught them. "There was like Tabasco in there and I thought that looks, how bad can it be with that on top?" 'You can't hide anything from a fisherman,' he replies. "'Tears in my eyes' - because I couldn't swallow."
