How to Train for Endurance

I like a mix of power and RPE. I think that using power as a metric is a lot better but also your power isn't going to be the same every day. If you're doing a threshold workout at the start of a training block it's going to be a completely different workout than three weeks into a super hard block. So be ready but be nimble and just sometimes you have to make a change.
