Silence Is Oppressive and the Children Get to the Lessons
The children will leave their classroom silently and they will move in a minute and a half to the next lesson. When you're trying to catch children up with their chronological reading age because they're 11 years old you want as much time with them in the lessons so it's that they are going to get more lesson time. There is an enormous benefit but if we see these things as somehow oppressive then we don't do them. The vision is always we can be better there's no idea at the end of we've got to get here now obviously at some point i stopped, he says.
