The Different Types of Grief
Grief is such a big amorphous thing. Sometimes it's all one big loss and it reminds me of other losses. At times I go, who am I grieving? This person or this person? My dad was diagnosed in February and then dead by April. For cancer goes, most people get like the year to years. I was quite quick. But I had a friend recently who lost her son. It's very suddenly.
