How to Deal With Burnout
In its simplest definition, burnout is a disconnection. The answer is to learn how to reconnect in one or all of those areas. And that is a process of sitting in with yourself and becoming aware of where you're disconnected. So sit in, feel it, examine where the disconnections are and develop a path to reconnect.
