The Importance of Intentionality in Sales
The best thing that I did was we worked on saying no more. We were intentional about taking things off of my plate in 2018. That allowed me to align things that were important to me from a personality standpoint, from a skill standpoint and motivation standpoint. There is something really important here about the qualification and building pipeline that can close.
