I like that you guys kind of brought up the like mental shift I mean that is probably tough right. The leaner you are you're still going to be at this just because a fat loss diet is over and you're eating a little bit more food. You could potentially be trying to like stay too lean and that's part of your reason why you're just super hungry so it's so protein could potentially maybe be a little too low might want to look at protein. i'm not demonizing foods as good or bad foods but always try to make sure with my clients there are foods that are better suited for your goals and less suited for your goals than some others.
