i'l mack two regrets. My husband is one of the most phenomenal people when it comes to things like regrets. He really gets sort of a handle on accepting what's happened and moving forward. I would honestly regret the little things that happened to day and yesterday, and last week and last year. But if we understand how to manage regret s, that there is that silver lining, regret can actually work for us and not against us. We don't manage our mind and don't manageour mental health. The mind shows up in the brain and the body. And we really need to know how to manage so come at the conference to learn how to manage your mental health.
