What Is Concurrent Training?

Concurrent training means that you're trying to lift all aspects of our sport up at the same time. In CrossFit, it's easier to just focus on your dead and not worry about your running. If you want to get lower than a 230 marathon, increasing back squat is not going to help your marathon run. The opposite is more detrimental because you are missing the adaptations on both ends.
