People have a multi-nutrient with their minimum amount of selenium iodine etc b12 etc and then they can eat basically still healthy still whole food. People are afraid of multivitamins or pills because they feel it's not naturalYeah what do you say to those people yeah i'm afraid of people who are afraid of unnatural things. Just because something is natural or unnatural doesn't make it either good or bad.
