The Customer Buyers Journey Has Changed, Right?
The customer buyers journey has completely changed. Many times, customers come in and they're ready to buy today, or we're ready to sell them. And there's this big, big focus that needs to happen too on post-purchase for B2B companies. I know in my capital equipment experience, you know, over 70% of our customers, after we got that purchase order, would forget about it. We would not engage them for anywhere from eight to 12 years until they were ready to revamp their capital purchase needs.
