i think we are the reverse of a lot of other endurance sports, in part because a lot of endurance sports race much shorter than their training volume. Where for us, really least specific is yhat that vo two max block, those running intervals. So instead of lifting heavy and lifting smallerlike, and so, you know, five by five, five by three verses. And it's one of those things where i think it's a that you've got that natural fit.
