"i do like things that help one relax and i think there's an um... least in my mind an understandable mix of what happens that adjacent to meditation which i have not studied," he says. "The best one i've heard has been back in the nineties we still really understand what meditation was was to concentrate or not concentrate but to take note of boys are good distinctions  take note of the of the feeling of air passing through not just coming in and out of your body let's get more specific."
