Feta Cheese - It Tells a Story
Feta is traditionally made with sheep's milk, which gives it more tang and a sort of savoury barniness. Cheese is a way of preserving milk past its expiry date by condensing the proteins and fats into semi-dense moulds. Feta can only be properly called champagne if it is produced with specific traditional methods in the champagne region of france.
