Product Marketing - I Love the Quarterly Release Structure
Zendesk launches on a quarterly basis, but each month we do a roundup enablement webinar for our GTM teams. And at that point, we aren't necessarily marketing those releases yet. We will have an announcement in a Slack channel and the PMS will be excited that they've pushed it. The big push outwardly to the market happens on that quarterly cadence. But if they do want to know about releases, there are a ton of different ways for them to keep up with it.
