Do You Take or Should You Take Protein Powder?
If you're just having a protein shake, and even if you put it with some plant milk or whatnot, protein powder is processed so that it doesn't contain all of those. It's not packed with all the micronutrients in its whole food form as nature intended. So I will have a caveat there that it does serve a purpose from a convenience point of you. If you can't access a really nutritious meal and you know that, okay, I could in sort of four hours time, there is a time and a place to have a protein shake. But don't base your or don't structure your diet around this sort of protein hack because you can consume more than enough
