Changing the Intangibles

Human brain thinks that if you solve problems through intangible means, it's somehow cheating. I don't know which part of the brain that is. If you produce michlanstard food in a restaurant that smells slightly of sewage, no one will really enjoy it. Once you accept that, you have to get a bit e er, a little bit more forgiving of intangible value. Im very keen in looking for brilliant examples of accidental, real world ting - where someone just changes the way you look at something. And i think we should look for ways to do it.
