voiceida is using machine learning to create these voice prints. And the voice print is then unique to an individual caller. Then when callers call back, or if you call back into the contact centre, voice idea is then matching and listening to what you're saying. It will then look at all of that and compare that to that voice print to get some kind of confidence score to determine if you are who you say you are.
