I Need to Resurrect My Running Diet
I love that idea of journaling what you're eating on your run. But i just remembered one of the things that i need to resurrect in my running diet. We got from sunny blenday years ago when we first started the podcast. She used to say that she takes boiled, sweet potatoes and purets them into kind of a a mush and puts olive oil and some salt and pepper on that. That's what s she liked to eat on runs. So it kind of mixes up that sweet ness of the stroop waffles and the blocks and the jells. Was something that's savory and very highly nutritious.
