The Anxiety Habituation Curves
Anxiety is simply adrenaline with a negative frame. The anxiety part does go away as the frame becomes more enduringly positive. And then the adrenaline is all that's left, but now used as excitement or as energy in the endeavor. If these things are high and it matters to you, if there's some way of growing that you're really excited about attaining, then you want the adrenaline because it helps you stretch yourself and it helps you get there.
