The first registration of a smellmark in the world, which happened here in the United States in 1990. A fragrance is not inherent, it's not inherent attribute, right? Or a natural characteristic,. So if you buy yarn A, where else your doesn't necessarily have a scent, right? That's not inherent function to the yarn. It's something that was added as a distinguishing feature to that product.
