Overuse of the Plantar Fascia
The plantar fascia is essentially a passive connective tissue structure. It'll always take on load. If you don't have the strength in those other spots, to your point, it gets overused because the other things aren't doing their job. And so the fascia gets irritated and in a broader sense, then your nervous system is giving you signals that it doesn't feel safe. The actual pain is because your brain or your nervous system or your body is just saying, this is going to be a problem if we keep doing this. Pain is the off signal to stop.
