Let Your Attention Drop Into Your Body

The focus isn't so top down. It's more of a bottom up approach, where, for instance, you could just let your attention drop into your body to come out of the head. And we've got in a kind of a model for that, like relax and intensify the effort. I invite you to do that now, to see what it's like to letyour attention drop down toward the earth and become distributed through your whole bodynoticing if there is any areas of tightness or tension or numbness, or even no sensation. Let yourself relax around those spacesletting them be there, but just relaxing around them. And now from hereyou can let the body meditate
