How to Sell to a Strategic

Private equity is in the buy low sell high game. They're going to use a lot of debt, so they don't put a lot of money into the deal. There's a hybrid private equity group that I would characterize as somewhere between a private equity group and a strategic one. And so it's a really attractive business model if you buy low enough and can sell high enough. Yeah. Makes sense. By the way, I love the whole mountain climber freedom fighter and crafts people.
