This is where i'm going to really do a good job on my intensive f t p training, as well as some o longer v o two max training. In this sort of situation, i just want f t p to be very high. A there's some other anerobic capacity stuff that i look at when i'm draining somebody that is doing events like this. Finally, the third example that i just kind of made up is,. but i make it up because i deal with clients like this. They don't race, but they know they want fitness. They want to go fast, and their f t p is no longer going up. This is where i would make the argument
