Getting Everyone Out to See Other People Is Really Important
Every week two members of staff have gone on a learning walk, usually with me. We've broken down the walk throughs that we work on into kind of sub points. And because everyone's been involved, everyone has been far more invested. So i think getting everyone involved, getting everyone out to see other people is really important. Some schools will feel the need to have this kind of central lock and some schools won't. Whatever works for your school, whatever makes your teachers feel that they know what's going on.
