How to Get a Rebel to Change a Light Bulb?

Everybody has their primary tendency and then kind of like a secondary tendency. The one differentiating thing I would throw out there is that the rebel would potentially show up late. So as long as it fulfills something that they really want to do and they're allowed to do it on their own schedule, they'll jump right in. But telling them they're going to record at 1.30 on a Saturday afternoon will probably get some pushback.
