Coffee and Climate Change - A Rabbit and Robust
A rabbit and robust are just two of more than 100 different types of coffee that can be found around the world. Coffee as it's farmed today really only grows in a pretty narrow band of climate. A botanist called Aaron Davis, who works at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Q, has been collecting endangered plants for 300 years. He was invited by the government of Sierra Leone to see if he could find a coffee that had once been grown commercially up until the 1960s but was thought to have gone extinct.
