At the beginning of my career, you're ego german. I get a prove myself, right? And so you're going to really work hard to prove yourself. But theu overtime, you figure out it's about the team, it'm about the mission, it's about all these othe things. This happened with the apple too. We weren't making geek products for other geeks. We had to start making real products for real consumers and be very ampathetic with what their problems were. Not unless i di take their ideas, but try to understand their insights and deliver them something that was a pain killer and a super power at the same time.
