Unstructured Rides Are a Good Tool for Training

Unstructured rides are a big part of quite a lot of our athletes training. Just picking a rolling route and having the terrain dictates the session more so than having it sort of structured from the outset is a really good way to get an in uh fairly intensive workout, he says. "It just allows the athlete you know a little bit of breathing space but also doesn't don't sort of mean that you can't still get an in um fairly intensive workout in there"
