I'm curious, how big is your group then that's supporting these 30 teams? It's actually very, very small. I would almost say it's like a two or three-person show. We support it in different ways, though, right? There's things like agile coaching. There's metric programs that we build and roll out.We have a quality organization where we support with quality. A lot of what I do in my day-to-day has a lot to do with agile coaching,. The way our org structure works at this moment is this VP has directors of engineering reporting to him as well as product management.
