i do my meditation in the morning, and also later in the afternoon or evening, sometimes before i go to bed. But i always do an early morning meditation. And again, we coun go deeper in future episodes on t mindfulness training. From there, i do one or two minutes of just movement. I'm basically doing crunches for two minutes straight. That is not my exercise for the day. It's just for me to get my heart rite beating and getting some movement in in your body.
