Are New People Asking Questions?
New people often don't want to ask questions and kind of put themselves on the spot. I think that part of it is establishing a degree of psychological safety, just normalizing the whole situation where ye totally ok to ask these questions. And i think too, once the white belt starts seeing like the brown and the black belts asking questions, it sets this standard that it's ok for anyone to ask questions. That jugets you for at least the first 60 classes, justas the fact.
