In your book, strength and stillness, you describe theres these three overarching systems of meditation. A focused attention, which for a lot of people would involve paying attention really closely to the sensations of breath at their nose,. And then there's open maundering, where you're just kind of letting the attention become aware of whateversse sensations or thoughts or feelings are coming in each moment. But then there's this third system called which you call automatic self transcending. So how does this differ?
