How to Relax and Do Anxiety

The first time I came across the term stillness arouses relaxation induced anxiety was in a 1991 or 1992 book. The tools we use are breathe but it's not always breathing in stillness so if there are interesting positions that they find themselves in that can be a distraction enough to the brain that it will bypass this sympathetic override. Non-sleeve deep breast or yoga nidra is really only capable of taking foot in a body that has finally exhausted the relaxation induced anxiety.
