There's another psychological concept called meta feelings. We have our feelings, and then we have meta feelings, which is our feelings about our feelings. So that's when you start judging yourself of like, oh, I'm not allowed to feel that. It doesn't mean that I am a certain way. You're going to get through that so much quicker.
