Having Good Admin and Being Squared Away

Good admin essentially means that you know where everything is so that if you need it, you're not wasting time looking to find it. For a project should have a mission statement that is no more than one sentence long because that gives you the clarity of what you're trying to accomplish. And very be very very clear about who you are and who you want to be. This mindset is so important. Like I see myself as a healthy fit 50 plus year old and I cannot imagine myself being anything other than that. It's really helping me to simplify what my project goals are. So I hope you got a lot out of this interview. It was certainly eye opening for me.
