How Do You Motivate Your Employees?
We talk a lot about motivation, but i think we've got it all wrong. If you've hired correctly, if you've made a good job of choosing someone to work for your organization, they arrive day one with tons motivation. But after a certain amount of time, usually once they finish training, reality sets in and they see the disparity between the service that they had hoped to provide, or the job they're actually able to accomplish. The issue really is is not motivation, it's demotivation.
