The Process Goals and the Outcome Goals

It's a mixture of sort of outcome goals performance goals and then process goals so figuring out you know what what what the ultimate outcome that that athlete wants to achieve. It's usually something akin to a a race result or a finish time or something like that but it's important to understand that these are goals that are out of out of the control of the athlete really they're the result of other goals being executed.
